Customer Agreement / Terms and Conditions

Alright.. the following agreement may sounds stupid but since Hisana is going to start her study soon, so I don't have the time to explain one by one again and again.

Before transaction / payment:
1. I understand that HEY!?Cosplay is only a proxy, and they are not responsible in paying for me beforehand.
I understand that I must settle the payments beforehand.

2. The measurements given are well-confirmed and HEY!?Cosplay are not responsible in any mistakes made by the tailor.
HEY!?Cosplay will show me the records they gave to the tailors/sellers as evidence they did not make any mistake in the information submitted.

3. I'd read, understand and agree with all the information written on the blog.
Once the transaction's done, I have to agree with all the terms and conditions even though I never/don't wanna read this.

After transaction / payment:
1. I understand that accidents and delays happen unpredictably.
HEY!?Cosplay is not responsible in accidents, delays and loses happened during delivery (all the China courier, DPEX, Skynet).

2. I understand that the storehouse does not belongs to HEY!?Cosplay.
I understand that there are thousands of parcels in the storehouse, belongs to hundreds of different people.

3. I understand that the airport is not located next the storehouse.
I won't ask them "I thought you said the storehouse had already sent it out yesterday"
"Sent it out" means the storehouse sent it to the courier station, not the custom or the airport.

4. I understand that China is a huge country.
Therefore a few days are needed for the courier to send the stuff to the storehouse, unless I pay for express courier (顺丰)

5. I understand about Batch system and I have to wait for the others from the same batch.

If the deadline is 15th April, Hisana will submit the export list on 22nd April and the stuff will reach Malaysia on/before 30th April.

6. I understand the risk of online-shopping / scammers cases.
HEY!?Cosplay is not responsible if I got scammed / the seller send me something different from what I ordered. I saw the transaction record between HEY!?Cosplay and the seller on the TaoBao page, Hisana had already paid for the item. I won't ask for any money-back because she had already did what I ask her to do.

7. About postage / meet-up
I can add RM5 for local postage no matter how much I buy.
I have to pay for Hisana's transport (2 way) if I request her to meet me in other places.
(meet me up at events/somewhere near my house for free when I'm free for meet-up)

8. I understand that I have to pay for the products and the international courier fees.
Hisana contacted me and she told me that my stuff is overweight (actual weight/volumetric weight), I understand that I have to pay for the overweight International courier fees in order to send them back. Hisana also ask me to measure the volume/weight myself before I open the parcel and take some pictures if the measurements are wrong.

9. I'd read all the posts on the blog and I won't ask any stupid questions.
