Customer Agreement / Terms and Conditions

Alright.. the following agreement may sounds stupid but since Hisana is going to start her study soon, so I don't have the time to explain one by one again and again.

Before transaction / payment:
1. I understand that HEY!?Cosplay is only a proxy, and they are not responsible in paying for me beforehand.
I understand that I must settle the payments beforehand.

2. The measurements given are well-confirmed and HEY!?Cosplay are not responsible in any mistakes made by the tailor.
HEY!?Cosplay will show me the records they gave to the tailors/sellers as evidence they did not make any mistake in the information submitted.

3. I'd read, understand and agree with all the information written on the blog.
Once the transaction's done, I have to agree with all the terms and conditions even though I never/don't wanna read this.

After transaction / payment:
1. I understand that accidents and delays happen unpredictably.
HEY!?Cosplay is not responsible in accidents, delays and loses happened during delivery (all the China courier, DPEX, Skynet).

2. I understand that the storehouse does not belongs to HEY!?Cosplay.
I understand that there are thousands of parcels in the storehouse, belongs to hundreds of different people.

3. I understand that the airport is not located next the storehouse.
I won't ask them "I thought you said the storehouse had already sent it out yesterday"
"Sent it out" means the storehouse sent it to the courier station, not the custom or the airport.

4. I understand that China is a huge country.
Therefore a few days are needed for the courier to send the stuff to the storehouse, unless I pay for express courier (顺丰)

5. I understand about Batch system and I have to wait for the others from the same batch.
If the deadline is 15th April, Hisana will submit the export list on 22nd April and the stuff will reach Malaysia on/before 30th April.

6. I understand the risk of online-shopping / scammers cases.
HEY!?Cosplay is not responsible if I got scammed / the seller send me something different from what I ordered. I saw the transaction record between HEY!?Cosplay and the seller on the TaoBao page, Hisana had already paid for the item. I won't ask for any money-back because she had already did what I ask her to do.

7. About postage / meet-up
I can add RM5 for local postage no matter how much I buy.
I have to pay for Hisana's transport (2 way) if I request her to meet me in other places.
(meet me up at events/somewhere near my house for free when I'm free for meet-up)

8. I understand that I have to pay for the products and the international courier fees.
Hisana contacted me and she told me that my stuff is overweight (actual weight/volumetric weight), I understand that I have to pay for the overweight International courier fees in order to send them back. Hisana also ask me to measure the volume/weight myself before I open the parcel and take some pictures if the measurements are wrong.

9. I'd read all the posts on the blog and I won't ask any stupid questions.

Why C.C.Kids??
Erm.. C.C.Kids wigs are famous for their awesome quality and wide range of selection~

Why Group Ordering??
Err.. Cheaper?? If we order the wigs together, we can share the international shipping together~ ;)

Why the wigs need 15days to arrive instead of 1weeks like Fantasy SHeep??
Because C.C.Kids is located at ShangHai. It takes 3~5 working days for the courier to send the wigs to the storehouse at GuangZhou. While Fantasy Sheep is located at GuangZhou.

What about tax??
Tax is not included. Coz the risk extremely low (according to the experienced one). But don't worry, we'll share the tax together, it won't be too high. Furthermore the price you paid for the wigs are kinda cheap too, isn't it??

Err.. Local Postage is not included??
Yea, the price for the wigs are low enough,
so you can either collect it from me or use Pos Laju~ (of course, you have to pay for the postal fees and the postal tax..)
If you buy 5 wigs and above, you can add RM5 for local postage. <-- special promo

Can I order wigs from Fantasy SHeep, 1/2 Prince or Kucos??
Yes, but not in this thread and I'll use different calculation method. This thread is for Fantasy Sheep. Only Fantasy Sheep.

Alright, Can I order costumes, fake eyelashes and other accessories from C.C.Kids??
Yes, you can. But the calculation method may be a bit different, because costumes are kinda heavy. Cosmetics and liquid cannot take the plane.. So don't order cosmetics, wig spray or scissors please..

What about wig caps??
You'll get 1 free wig cap for every wig purchased.

Can I use the discount card I got from HEY!?Cosplay??
No, you can't. This batch is actually promotion batch.

What if the wigs I want is out of stock??
Then we'll send the rest back first and you wigs will come only when the wigs are in stock.

2 important thing to say..

1. Batch 4
Batch 4 had started today and the deadline will be 2nd April 2011.
I wanna this again: There is no deadline for custom made costume, you can place your order anytime.
Besides, I notice that we are having customers from East Malaysia as well. Instead of RM5 (for West Malaysia), clients from East Malaysia need to pay RM20 for local postage. If the parcel is overweight, we will pay for it (unless "too" overweight).

2. Haruka
Haruka is not a new worker of HEY!?Cosplay but he had been our back-stage worker for 3 months. He is in charge of Private Air/Marine-Shipping. Since he is new to our clients, please treat him well and I'll pass most of the works to Haruka soon because I'm not sure where I'm going to be after I got my SPM result. Singapore, Kampar, Penang... ...
Besides, Haruka is a soft and easy-going person, so I think you guys/girls may get a better price from him~

3. Pray for Japan
Well.. I'm not a cold-blooded person. I'm not good in writing this kind of stuff.. but I really wanna mention this on this post. Pray for Japan. I still wanna see Luffy's adventure, Naruto become a Hokage or Sekaiichi Hatsukoi ending... ... I'm not joking, I'm using my own way to express my feeling.

4. HEY!?Cosplay plan & History?
This is not my cosplay plan.. but plans for our future HEY!?Cosplay. Carmen, Haruka and I created HEY!?Cosplay to cover our CosPlan, but Carmen left on January so we manage to lower the price for Batch 2 onwards. (We are not greedy, we take only our parts while the rest is give back to the clients)
The idea of "HEY!? Studio" came from our HEY!? Vice President, Koganei Mio-sama during our way to HEY!? Committee meeting at CoffeeBox last year. (nah.. just some kind of yam cha gathering.. ) We got this idea on our way from the Cheras LRT Station, while passing the new shop lot near the LRT Station.
"HEY!? Studio" is actually a cosplay photoshoot studio(?) + coffee shop(?) +(???) if I'm not wrong. I remember we said there will be lots and lots of comics there and we will be providing tailoring + props making service as well~ While each side of wall will have different theme and we, the HEY!? members, as well as the HEY!?Studio workers will be using those famous quote from anime characters and lock our customers in the shop... WAKAKAKA.. It's a joke, don't worry.
At the end of the year, I planned on doing Cosplay-TaoBao service and Cosplay-Tailoring service online and I admit that HEY!? members is definitely not in my "business partner to-be" prior list. I did considered them but since they are mostly Science student, I gave up on them and I found Carmen. Carmen was my classmate and I pursued her to Cosplay (this is a noun..). And yes, lots of stuff happened and of course.. quarrel on business.. not money.. but idea.. Carmen left when I closed January batch (as known as 1st batch) and therefore from 2nd batch onward, the price quoted is cheaper.. orz
I don't wanna mention what happen on Carmen and I but what I wanna write here is.. I planned name our "business" as HeyCos, easy to remember and Carmen is the one asking for "HEY!?Cosplay" and here you go.. HEY!?Cosplay was born.. (Even though Carmen wrote it as "HEY?!Cosplay" instead of "HEY!?Cosplay" last time.. I'm the one changing it because I want it to be related to HEY!?
Recently I had been thinking about HEY!?Studio again.. We need an actual shop.. I planned on using my papa's shop opposite of South City Plaza (rented to Cosway currently). But doing it now is too risky.. Besides.. don't you think it is not convenient for public-transport user? I need more knowledge on business and I can see through the market.. I have confident on doing this right..
An actual shop may (no.. it's a MUST/WILL for sure) raise the price of the items.. because we need to pay the rent.. and those overhed cost..
5 years.. I think 5 years is a little bit too short for me to at least finish my study and get some experience.. and yea.. some fund as well.. and if I really wanna work it out with HEY!? I gonna start planning now.. (so many people need to makan... orz)
HEY!?Studio need a designer(for tailoring and Photoshops).. a photographer(for photoshoots of course).. a chef(for our cafe~ delicious delicacies is a MUST).. ... ... till here.. I think I need to face the reality that.. I don't think our HEY!? member will take the risk in doing these posts..

5. Wig Batch
yea.. wig batch.. say goodbye to wig batch because I'll never organize any wig batch anymore. Fantasy Sheep suddenly canceled the 快递 promo when I just started the batch and I only got ngam ngam 5 customers.. but luckily the money is enough to cover up the 快递..
I'm very very very disappointed with the responses I got from this batch..
And I got a conclusion.. that.. it is.. money wasting (almost rugi..) + time wasting (lots of editing.. quotation.. inquiries.. and ffks...) + energy-wasting (If you are not buying then don't waste my time larrr please.. I owe you nothing!!!) besides.. my blood circulatory system can't take it anymore(high blood pressure.. it's in my gene.. and to those people who ffked me.. I'll remember you guys/girls forever)

Last time Fantasy Sheep offer free 快递 if you buy certain amount of wigs.. but now they suddenly canceled this after CNY and I'd already started the batch.. orz OMG.. I think the money should be enough to pay for the 快递..

Even though it can't reach my 5 orders target I'll continue with it anyway.. to be fair to those who paid long time again and waiting for their wigs excitedly..
